Setting up conversion events is an extremely crucial step in building out your digital marketing campaigns.

Click on Events:

Click on Create Event

Then you need to:

  • Enter the name of the event

  • Click on Mark as key event

  • Set a default value

    • if you sell a service of $500 and you close a deal every 2 meetings, the default value is $250

  • Click on Once per session

    • In most cases, a customer will only purchase one time from you in a given purchase session

Enter a url only a customer who booked a call (or paid or the like) can access.

Click on Create.

Setting up the key events will then help you to understand which marketing channels bring you the most key events.

You can order by key events to see which marketing channel brings you the most conversions.

Which pages give you the most conversions?

On the same page, you can click on the blue + sign and type “query”. Please select “Landing page + query string”

You will be able to see which landing page has the most conversions.

  • You can build links to these pages to rank higher and get more conversions
